Job Description

As a Swamper, you will play an integral role in our operations by assisting drivers in the loading and unloading of various materials and equipment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work in a team, and committed to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload various materials and merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist in general warehouse duties such as inventory checks.
• Operate material handling equipment like forklifts if certified.
• Support other warehouse staff and teams as needed.
• Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards.
• Participate in daily briefings and follow directives from supervisors.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and report defects.
• Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
• Maintain records of materials and supplies received and dispatched.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10 or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required, but working in a similar environment is a plus.
