Job Description

As an OD Grinder Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain outer diameter grinding machinery within a busy manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and quality of our machined parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up grinding machines according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on machined parts.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Collect data for production reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Run machines and monitor production statistics.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and production activities.
• Mentor junior operators on machine handling.
• Participate in safety training and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
