Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires someone who is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and supporting our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and onboarding for new employees.
  • Support the HR Manager with policy development and implementation.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and compliance issues.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops for employee development.
  • Manage workplace health and safety programs.
  • Analyze employee feedback and propose necessary improvements.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Keep abreast of changing labor laws and their implications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is advantageous

  • 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
