Job Description

As the Activities Director, you will oversee all recreational programs, ensuring they meet the needs and interests of our residents. Your role will involve developing engaging activities and managing a team of coordinators to enhance the community’s lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Create weekly activities schedules based on resident interests.
  • Ensure all activities run smoothly and are enjoyable for participants.
  • Develop partnerships with local organizations for program enhancements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recreational programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Foster a welcoming environment that encourages participation among residents.
  • Report directly to the General Manager with regular updates on program performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Hospitality or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in recreation management.
