Job Description

We are looking for Building Cleaning Workers to maintain high cleanliness standards in various buildings across Johannesburg. Successful candidates will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining properties to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Implement deep cleaning procedures on a scheduled basis.
• Train new cleaning staff on protocols and safety measures.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a cleaning role preferred.

• Equipment Maintenance

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift License: A valid forklift license for cleaning larger premises.
• Supervisory Experience: Experience supervising a team of cleaners is a bonus.
