As an Investment Banker based in Durban, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial advice to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. You will leverage your expertise to analyze market trends, develop financial models, and guide clients through complex financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in financial decision-making through expert advice.
• Analyze financial documents and assess financial health.
• Contribute to successful deal structuring and execution.
• Produce high-quality financial reports for client presentations.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to manage them effectively.
• Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations to advocate for clients' interests.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline
• Master's degree or advanced certifications are highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of investment banking experience with a track record of successful transactions
