Job Description

As a Financial Analyst at Leading Financial Solutions, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, creating forecasts and budgets, and providing insights to drive business strategy. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, with a passion for finance and an ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on the company's financial status.
• Support the annual budget preparation and provide variance analysis.
• Drive the development of financial models and scenario analysis.
• Work alongside project managers to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Master's degree or certification (CFA, CMA) highly desirable

Experience

• 3+ years in financial analysis or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Excel for Financial Analysis
• SAP ERP

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Presentation skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Experience using Tableau or Power BI for financial analysis.
• Certifications in Finance: Additional qualifications like CFA or CPA are advantageous.
