Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Administrator to manage daily operations of our facility in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will oversee patient administration, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Administer office procedures and medical appointments.
  • Improve workflow processes for better efficiency.
  • Coordinate healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.
  • Supervise billing and insurance claims processes.
  • Monitor inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
  • Engage with patients to address their concerns and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
