Job Description

As a Dolly Pusher, you will be responsible for operating dollies and assisting with the movement of heavy equipment and materials in various settings. This role requires physical strength and excellent communication skills as you will work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate dollies to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while operating equipment.
• Keep the work area tidy and organized.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely task completion.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10 or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in logistics or transportation industry preferred.

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate dollies and other equipment safely
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques: Ability to perform light maintenance on equipment as needed.
