Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Manager where you'll be responsible for managing our warehouse functions to improve efficiency and productivity. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and maintain operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
• Lead regular training sessions for staff on safety and operational protocols.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage shipments.
• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews for warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Address and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics

• Inventory Management

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with WMS software: Familiarity with warehouse management software and automated systems.
• Lean Six Sigma certification: Knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
