Job Description

As a Lumber Scaler, you will play a vital role in our timber processing operations by measuring and recording the dimensions and quality of lumber. You'll work closely with other production team members to ensure precise grading and categorization of lumber.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and grade lumber according to specifications.
• Record measurements in logs and databases accurately.
• Inspect lumber for defects and compliance with industry standards.
• Support machine operators in maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Communicate findings and issues to management promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Experience in using measuring equipment would be advantageous.
