We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project goals align with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary.
• Prepare project budgets and ensure cost control.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage professional development.
• Conduct stakeholder feedback sessions to gather insights for future projects.
• Report project status to upper management and stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior project staff.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desired

Experience

• 7+ years of comprehensive project management experience

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
