As a Warehouse Supervisor at our Durban location, you will play a critical role in overseeing warehouse functions while managing a dedicated team. Your expertise in logistics and staff coordination will be instrumental in optimizing our processes and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the warehouse team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Optimize warehouse layout to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to align logistics and inventory needs.
• Lead team meetings to promote communication and teamwork.
• Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Conduct performance reviews for warehouse staff.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping documentation.
• Assist in the development of training materials for new hires.

Requirements

Education

• BCom or equivalent qualification
• Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse operations.
