Job Description

As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving strategic initiatives aimed at growth. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and maximize client retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete client journey from onboarding to retention.
  • Create and implement account development strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account health to prevent churn and enhance loyalty.
  • Engage in networking opportunities to grow account base.
  • Effectively communicate client feedback to product teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support marketing initiatives aimed at existing clients.
  • Act as a client advocate within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management
