Responsibilities

• Assess potential clients leveraging actuarial data and statistical analysis.
• Identify coverage needs and quote clients appropriately.
• Communicate with clients to clarify information and ensure clear understanding.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks impacting underwriting policies.
• Utilize underwriting software to manage applications and monitor submissions.
• Work closely with claims department to evaluate ongoing risks.
• Develop relationships with brokers to enhance new business opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Relevant certification (e.g., Chartered Insurance Professional) is advantageous.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in underwriting or related insurance field.
