Responsibilities

• Manage chemical production programming and adherence to budgets.
• Supervise the daily activities of production staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Analyze production performance metrics and make necessary adjustments.
• Implement quality assurance processes to enhance product standards.
• Assist with new product development initiatives and feasibility assessments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation required by regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations while managing waste disposal.
• Facilitate coordination between procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Cultivate a team-oriented environment focused on achieving objectives.
• Participate in technical meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in a chemical or manufacturing environment
