Responsibilities

• Direct the project management lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Identify and resolve issues that may affect project delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project.
• Support and guide project team members to achieve their objectives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and keep all parties informed.
• Implement project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience managing projects

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
