Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be pivotal in enhancing customer experiences and driving engagement within Port Elizabeth. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • 5+ years in customer success or client management roles
