Responsibilities

  • Lead store operations to achieve maximum sales and profitability.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Analyze weekly sales reports and make recommendations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and results orientation.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
  • Prepare for and participate in store audits.
  • Mentor team members for career development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or a related field
  • Master's degree in Retail Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a retail management role
