You will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock levels, and leading a team of enthusiastic staff members. Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of store personnel.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the store.
• Create and manage store schedules to optimize staff allocation.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives to enhance store visibility.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage product ordering.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Degree in Business Management is an advantage.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in retail management with a successful record.
