Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project initiatives in our Johannesburg office. You will be the key driver in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and implementation from inception to completion.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and teams.
• Set and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource evaluations.
• Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.
• Implement project management tools to enhance efficiency.
• Organize and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
• Prepare project documentation including reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Monitor and resolve project issues promptly, maintaining project momentum.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a project management role

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
