Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for supporting senior bankers in executing deals. Your role will include preparing detailed financial models, conducting due diligence, and presenting your analyses to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit transaction documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
• Provide ongoing support to senior team members in various ongoing projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Business
• Master's degree in Finance is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of investment banking experience is preferred

Certifications

• CFA Level I
• CFA Level II preferred
