Job Description

As a Process Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our projects in Johannesburg, focusing on enhancing production methods and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying process inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions to improve the yield and quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Evaluate chemical processes for quality assurance.
• Manage projects focusing on process optimization.
• Work with quality control to troubleshoot product failures.
• Oversee safety audits and compliance checks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Research and recommend new technologies for production.
• Assist in regulatory compliance for environmental and safety standards.
• Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for process evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing processes
