Form Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Form Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on designing and creating user-friendly digital forms tailored to meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with UX designers and software developers to ensure our forms provide an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of engaging and functional forms that improve user engagement.
• Analyze form performance and suggest actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to align designs with project goals.
• Participate in user testing sessions to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure documentation is clear to guide future projects and designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Help manage the integration of forms within larger project frameworks.
• Utilize analytics tools to track form performance and user interaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in form design practices.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant tertiary qualification in User Experience or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in digital form design or UX design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• JavaScript
• InVision

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in user testing and feedback gathering: Ability to lead sessions to gather user insights on form usability.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for enhancing forms: Ability to implement form interactions using JavaScript.
