Corporate Finance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to oversee our financial management activities in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, investment strategies, and financial reporting. You will work closely with senior management to develop financial plans aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including banks and investors.
• Identify trends and variances in financial data and report to management.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities.
• Enhance financial controls and reporting systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or Business Administration
• MBA or a similar advanced degree is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a financial management role

• Financial Modelling

Certifications

• CMA or other relevant finance certifications are a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
