Job Description

As a Tax Specialist at Top Tax Solutions, you will help individuals and companies navigate complex tax laws and optimize their tax positions. This role requires proficiency in tax compliance, strategic planning, and excellent analytical skills. You will work collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' financial data to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• Mentor junior tax staff and oversee their work.
• Develop tax strategies tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare reports for management and clients regarding tax liabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Taxation or a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax consulting or compliance
