• Mentor project teams in project management methodologies.
• Evaluate project performance against key performance indicators.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement aligns with project goals.
• Utilize project management software effectively to track project progress.
• Document lessons learned from each project for future reference.
• Facilitate conflict resolution within project teams.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely decision-making.
• Ensure environmental, safety and compliance regulations are adhered to during project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• PMP or similar certification is a strong advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in leading complex projects

Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Languages
