Job Description

We are looking for a passionate HR Manager to lead and develop our HR functions in Johannesburg. You will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute employee engagement strategies.
  • Manage HR systems and technology implementations.
  • Conduct workforce planning and talent management.
  • Support the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Maintain HR data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation and application.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
