Responsibilities

• Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR solutions.
• Engage with employees to understand workplace needs.
• Conduct investigations on employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

• Coordinate with external vendors for training and development.
• Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience with progressive leadership roles.
