Corduroy Brusher Operator

Job Description

A Corduroy Brusher Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machines that brush, clean, and finish corduroy fabric. The successful candidate will ensure that quality control standards are met while achieving the desired texture and appearance of the fabric.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for each type of corduroy fabric.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the manufacturing area.
• Assist in the development of new techniques for fabric finishing.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production improvements.
• Report any issues with the machinery to the maintenance team.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Provide feedback on fabric quality and machine performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in textile production is preferred

Experience

• Min 2 years of relevant experience in textile machinery operation.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of textile machinery
• Basic math skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
