Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Join us as an Industrial Engineer and take the lead in streamlining our production processes. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will assess and redesign workflows to maximize efficiency. Your analytical skills and engineering expertise will be key to driving performance enhancements within our engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production layouts to minimize delays and improve productivity.
• Conduct time studies and work measurement to establish efficiency standards.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to enhance output.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide expertise and support during process re-engineering efforts.
• Train and mentor junior engineers in process improvement techniques.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to improve operational capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 6+ years in industrial engineering with project management experience

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
