Job Description

Join our innovative team as a Systems Analyst, where you will play a key role in analyzing and design systems that drive our IT projects. You will coordinate user training, develop reports, and act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure all system specs and requirements are aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with end users to understand their needs and ensure systems meet their requirements.
  • Draft detailed specifications based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct regular system audits and monitor for compliance.
  • Implement best practices for system design and maintenance.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors.
  • Train users on system changes and new functionalities.
  • Support project management activities related to system upgrades and implementation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or software development
