Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our talented team. You’ll be tasked with the design, testing, and analysis of engineering systems and components. You must exhibit a capacity for quick adaptation to rapidly changing designs and specifications whilst working collaboratively to solve engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate design concepts for new mechanical systems.
• Prepare technical specifications and reports for projects.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Lead design reviews and provide feedback to peers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders for component procurement.
• Conduct root cause analyses for mechanical failures.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Support the maintenance team with engineering insights.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and proficient technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineering license is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design or development.

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
