Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of chemical production units.
• Work closely with management to set and achieve production goals and targets.
• Utilize process control software and systems to optimize operations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
• Foster a culture of safety excellence within the engineering team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
• Present findings and proposals to management and other stakeholders.
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events to represent the company.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and projects aimed at reducing environmental impact.
• Implement new technologies that enhance operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree or higher qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in chemical process engineering
