Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our IT support team in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will manage service delivery processes, ensure high-quality IT services, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT service delivery function.
  • Implement best practices in IT service management and continual service improvement.
  • Report on service delivery performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Work closely with IT management to strategize service delivery enhancements.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for the IT support team.
  • Encourage a culture of customer focus within the service delivery team.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex service delivery issues as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT service processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related area
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in IT service delivery management or a similar role
