Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to maintain accurate and effective data management within our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data entries with high levels of accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of all data.
  • Review and analyze data for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Assist in data migration projects as required.
  • Maintain an organized workspace to support efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding data-related tasks.
  • Document procedures for data entry to maintain consistency.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss data management strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Administrative Support is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
