We seek a Project Manager who excels in leading projects and managing teams in Durban. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project milestones are met and report on project progress.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
• Conduct project reviews and communicate project status to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide direction and support to project teams.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new project team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience
