Job Description

The Mental Wellness Centre is on the lookout for a passionate Psychologist to provide high-quality mental health care. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapeutic services, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic patient care in Durban.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose mental health issues through interviews and standardized tests.
• Provide therapy to maintain or improve clients' psychological health.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to discuss treatment strategies.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on mental health awareness.
• Support clients in crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• HPCSA registration as a Psychologist is mandatory

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in a clinical setting
