Job Description

As a Tax Consultant in our Pretoria branch, you will provide a range of tax services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include tax compliance, research, and advising on various tax matters while building strong relationships with clients. We're looking for someone with a strong background in taxation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough tax research to ensure compliance.
• Advise clients on various tax matters and strategies.
• Review financial statements and accounting practices for tax implications.
• Assist in developing tax-efficient strategies for clients.
• Work closely with external auditors to support tax-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on tax issues.
• Monitor client accounts for potential tax issues.
• Ensure timely filing of all tax-related documents.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., CA(SA), CTA) is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in taxation or related field
