Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth financial analysis and reporting to enhance business strategy.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of financial processes and recommend improvements.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to align financial objectives with operational goals.
• Track financial performance metrics and communicate results to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree or equivalent certifications (CFA, CA) is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst role
