We are on the lookout for Graders and Sorters to manage and maintain the quality of our agricultural products. You will play a crucial role in our production line, ensuring that only the best products reach our customers.

Responsibilities

• Working in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production targets.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss quality improvements.
• Implement feedback from supervisors to improve efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Use computer software to track sorted products when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training will be an advantage.

Experience

• Experience in agricultural operations is a plus.
