Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction sites, liaising with clients, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in achieving construction objectives.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships for ongoing projects.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to their contracts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Produce detailed reports on project status and financials.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance on-site.
  • Participate in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Assist with project financing and budgeting.
  • Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements.

Advantageous

  • Experience in project scheduling software: Proficiency in tools like MS Project or Primavera.
