Job Description

As a Surveyor, you will be integral to our mission of providing top-notch surveying services. You will perform site evaluations, manage surveying equipment, and liaise with clients to deliver comprehensive reports. A strong foundation in technical surveying principles combined with practical experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed land surveys and data collection for various projects.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey records and maps.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to support project goals.
• Utilize surveying equipment to measure distances, angles, and elevations.
• Analyze survey data to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Interpret and apply regulations related to land use and zoning.
• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Provide expert advice on surveying and related matters.
• Stay updated with industry developments and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Professional Surveyor certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in surveying

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• GPS Surveying
• Total Station

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Registered Professional Surveyor (RPS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with GIS software: Proficient in Geographic Information Systems for spatial analysis.
• Knowledge of land regulations: Familiarity with local and national land use regulations and policies.
