Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in our Johannesburg facility, ensuring efficient workflow, training staff, and maintaining inventory integrity. We seek a leader who is proactive and committed to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and dispatching of goods.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers and clients.
• Ensure optimal use of warehouse space and resources.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
