Are you a creative and organized individual with a passion for event planning? Join our Johannesburg team as an Event Planner! In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of event planning, from conception to execution. You'll work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, managing timelines, budgets, and on-site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all elements of events, including logistics and guest experience.
• Ensure all events are executed with a high level of professionalism.
• Monitor and manage event budgets carefully.
• Foster relationships with clients and vendors to ensure successful event collaboration.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future events.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication.
• Stay updated with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to events.
• Provide on-site event support and supervision as needed.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Events, or related field
• Certifications in project management or event planning are beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in managing events from conception to execution
