Job Description

As a Financial Analyst at Leading Financial Services in Cape Town, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance metrics and KPIs.
• Support the finance team in developing financial strategies based on data-derived insights.
• Work with team members to streamline financial reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare presentations for senior management to summarize findings and recommendations.
• Assist in auditing and compliance efforts to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Engage with external financial partners to negotiate terms and agreements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Preferred: Master's degree in Finance or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business analysis

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis
• Power BI or Tableau

Certifications

• ACCA or similar finance qualification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
