You will be responsible for the successful implementation of construction plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards. Responsibilities

• Allocate resources efficiently and effectively, ensuring optimal team performance.
• Ensure that all project costs are tracked and reported accurately.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Review and approve change orders and budgets for additional work.
• Work with health and safety advisors to manage site safety and compliance protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or Business Administration is an advantage
• Certification in Building Codes and Regulations preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in the construction industry with progressive project management experience

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• AutoCAD

• Time Management

• LEED Accreditation

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
