Aerospace Dynamics Ltd. is seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will work on advanced aerospace projects, contributing to design, testing, and performance evaluation of aerospace components.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend materials for aerospace applications.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure design integrity.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects.
• Stay updated on the latest aerospace technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on aerospace
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Aerospace Engineering Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with composite materials: Knowledge of composite materials applications in aerospace components.
• Experience in wind tunnel testing: Familiarity with conducting wind tunnel tests for performance evaluation.
