Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Lead to oversee and enhance our supply chain processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of supply chain operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise supply chain activities to align with overall business objectives.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain operations and performance.
• Spearhead sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on supply chain performance to senior management.
• Develop and mentor team members to promote professional growth and development.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain leadership roles

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
