Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Auditor to join our Bloemfontein team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining and analyzing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with regulations. You'll play a crucial role in helping businesses achieve transparency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial statements and operations for compliance.
• Draft clear and comprehensive audit reports.
• Recommend and implement solutions to enhance financial integrity.
• Monitor changes in regulations and ensure compliance.
• Train junior auditors and staff on audit procedures.
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure implementation of recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA or equivalent designation is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in audit or compliance roles

• Tax Compliance
• Regulatory Knowledge

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic

• Experience with ERP systems: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning software for better auditing efficiency.
• Knowledge of financial modeling: Experience in financial modeling techniques for auditing.
